Shawna has established herself during the past fifteen years as one of the premier Big Sky realtors. She has achieved extraordinary success through hard work and devotion to her clients and craft, culminating in the recent opening of her own real estate brokerage company in Big Sky. She hails from Florida and arrived in Montana after brief stints in New York City and Los Angeles where she had been pursuing her passion for acting and the theatre. She visited Big Sky for a ski vacation in 1992 and returned the following summer intending to stay only for a few months and never left! Shawna has three delightful daughters. She is a Les Mills Body Pump instructor, avid skier and an overall health enthusiast. She is a member of the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and also devotes considerable time to the many charitable organizations throughout the greater Bozeman and Big Sky area.

Lynn Milligan

Lynn and her husband Bob vacationed in Big Sky in 1988 and fell in love with the area. Ultimately, they moved to Big Sky in 1990 at which time she obtained her real estate license and put it to great use with her knowledge of the Big Sky, Montana region.

Lynn assists her clients in finding their Montana dream property, whether it’s waterfront or with a mountain view, and guide them through the real estate purchase and sale process. Marcie Hahn-Knoff

Marcie originally packed up and headed West from New England in pursuit of her education at the University of Utah. She quickly found her own personal Shangri-La in the mountains of the West and has spent almost two decades exploring the abundance of recreational opportunities they afford. Marcie has been selling real estate since 2004 and has been a real estate broker since 2007. She loves living under the ‘big sky’ of Montana and works hard to assist her clients realize their real estate dreams. Marcie has facilitated numerous land acquisition, income property, second home and residential real estate transactions. When not in the office working away, Marcie can usually be found exploring the mountains by ski, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, playing in her whitewater kayak, fly-fishing or hula-hooping in the backyard.

Aimee Gerharter

Aimee Andren Gerharter was born in Bozeman and grew up in Billings. After spending her twenties as a social worker (BSW from New Mexico State University) she got into the furniture business in Billings and Bozeman (Hart’s and Slumberland). In 2006 she opened Wild Joe’s Coffee in Bozeman downtown and then another one in the Bozeman public library. After selling both in 2010 she decided to get into real estate. Investing and watching the ups and downs of the real estate market was always intriguing to Aimee and she spent so much free time researching opportunities that she finally decided to get her license and help other people realize their Montana real estate opportunities. Montana is the only place she wants to live, and she loves every acre of it. “It really is a magical place, with the most amazing people on earth”, and she is dedicated to helping other people enjoy all that Montana has to offer.

Lara Hobby

Lara Hobby, born in California and raised in South Carolina, has been working with the public for over 15 years. She and her husband started a landscape company in 1997 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and along with their two children moved to Big Sky in 2004. Lara has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and actively works as the Director of Marketing and Sales for her family corporation. After many years of watching the real estate market and participating as a buyer and a seller, has decided to expand her knowledge and share her skills by eagerly joining the Big Sky, Montana real estate industry.

Adding to the Big Sky realtor team of Winter & Co. Lara brings an amazing understanding of the community, education and experience in marketing real estate in the Big Sky region as well as an amazing, friendly attitude.

Outside the office, Lara enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, golfing and playing tennis, taking every opportunity to revel in the outdoors of Montana.

Russ Madigan

Russ postponed early retirement to offer his extensive business experience to Winter & Company as a contracts consultant. Prior to settling in Montana fifteen years ago, he owned and operated several diverse businesses spanning almost twenty-five years including a real estate brokerage firm in South Florida. Russ is an active member of a state-wide committee responsible for creation and oversight of real estate contracts and related forms utilized by Realtors® throughout the State of Montana. Russ is a graduate of the University of Virginia, former commercial pilot, Vietnam combat veteran and currently enjoys skiing, hiking, snowmobiling and all that Montana has to offer.
